Our story began at a Labor Day party in 2019, hosted by our mutual friend Carlos. As soon as Alexis saw Corina, he knew he had to talk to her. They had a brief conversation, but it wasn’t enough—Alexis needed another chance to get to know her. Determined, he convinced Carlos to throw another party, this time for Halloween. Corina arrived dressed as a zombie, while Alexis embraced his inner free spirit as a hippie. Between dancing and bonding over the candy bowl, Alexis finally worked up the courage to ask for Corina’s number. And the rest, as they say, is history!

For Corina’s 31st birthday, all she wanted was a day filled with love—quality time with Alexis and her family. The rainy morning started with breakfast at a local café, where they enjoyed crepes together. Later, they met up with Corina’s parents for lunch before heading to the house where she grew up to celebrate with cake.
