This is where our wedding will take place along with reception! Room categories are subject to hotel availability at the time of each reservation, the hotel is not responsible if by the time a guest is booking its room a specific room category is not available. All reservations must be booked through the same source (using group code, CD041924 by the official hotel website) in order to qualify for these group concessions. Reservations processed out of the wedding group code by other channels will not be considered to receive the group concessions. The special rates with the group code would be available until ***February 19, 2024*** the additional reservations processed after this date will be booked at the regular rates shown on the web page at the time of booking. Any changes must be done through the AMR Call Center at 1-866-237-3267. The hotel reservations department or groups department at hotel cannot do changes to reservations done through the website. At the moment of making the reservation the hotel will require one night deposit to guarantee the reservation and full payment one month prior to arrival. NOTE - use this link to book your room to ensure the discount code works properly. Once on the site, select your dates - a min. of 3 nights is required to use discount code.
