For The Welcome Party, we will be providing shuttles from cabins. If you are staying in a hotel, we ask that you meet at the address included above, which is a gravel parking lot. The Parking for the venue is extremely limited. If you are arriving in town later than your scheduled pick-up time, no worries! Just make your way to the gravel lot (address listed above) and give a call to our lovely coordinator, Jackie (number listed below). A shuttle can pick you up and bring you to the party! Welcome toasts will be at 6:45pm and Dinner will be at 7:00pm. On the day of the wedding, we will be providing shuttles from the hotels and cabins listed below. The road is extremely narrow and the venue has no parking on site. Please note that we have accounted for each guest in our shuttle count. If you are planning to take a shuttle from a hotel or cabin you are not staying at, please contact us to ensure there is enough space on the shuttle. There will be shuttles available throughout the night, running to and from the venue, so you will be able to leave as you please. Starting at 10 PM, full shuttle loads only will be taken down the mountain.
