Answer

The wedding is scheduled at Casa Bonita and Villas on November 20th. On premise are a variety of rooms and suites at reasonable rates. We are staying in the main house November 18th - 22nd. Please check their website for reservations. http://www.casabonitaandvillas.com

For how long should we book our stay?

Answer

The wedding party will check in at Casa Bonita on November 18th and will be checking out on Monday the 22nd. You are welcome to book your stay for those dates or extend/shorten your stay as you seem fit.

Are any COVID-19 travel restrictions in place?

Answer

As of today we know there is a requirement to have a negative COVID-19 test 3 days Max prior to return the USA. Depending upon the rules at the time of the wedding but assuming the requirement stays there are a couple labs and walk-up testing trailers that are easy and about $30-40 usd. We can also have a dr. come to the house to do all the tests on-site for around $60-68usd.

What are the expected costs of attending a destination wedding?

Answer

As much as we would like to have paid accommodations for all of our guests, it is not possible for us to cover the expenses. Here is a list of costs you might encounter by attending our wedding. Round flights to Isla Mujeres from USA fluctuate between $200 and $600 USD, depending on the airline, season and departure point. Lodging varies depending on your choice of hotel or rental and the number of nights you decide to stay. The wedding party will be staying at Casa Bonita and villas, they have a variety of rooms and villas to accommodate our guests with approximate prices as follow (prices not final please contact Casa Bonita for final cost and reservations): 1 bedroom suite Max 2 people: $120-$150 USD per suite per night. 2 bedroom suite Max 5 people: $350-$400 USD per suite per night. 3 bedroom suite Max 7 people: $450-$500 USD per suite per night. Penthouse 4 bedrooms Max 10 people: $750-$850 USD per suite per night.

Aquí esta una lista de los costos de vuelos y hospedaje esperados por asistir. Vuelos redondos a Isla Mujeres de Mexico Varian de $1000 - $5000 pesos dependiendo de la temporada, aerolinea y punto de partida. El costo de hospedaje varia dependiendo el hotel o casa al que decidan llegar. Los novios se quedaran en Casa Bonita que también cuenta con una variedad de suites y habitaciones para acomodar a nuestros invitados con los siguientes costos aproximados (favor de contactar directamente a Casa Bonita para precios finales y reservaciones) Suite de 1 recamara Max 2 personas: $120-$150 USD por habitación por noche. Suite de 2 recamaras Max 5 personas: $350-$400 USD por suite por noche. Suite de 3 recamaras Max 7 personas: $450-$500 USD por suite por noche. Other than flights and lodging you will encounter the following expenses: Transportation: Shuttle from airport to ferry, ferry fee, taxis or golf cart rental. Meals and drinks: Except welcome pizza party, wedding dinner & bar and Cornhole Tournament farewell lunch. Activities: Depending on the length of your stay you might want to visit certain spots on the Island such as Garrafon Water Park, Dolphin Discovery, Fishing Trips, scuba diving, snorkeling, etc Please check the Things to Do section on this website for suggestions.

Aparte de los vuelos y hospedaje aquí te mostramos otros gastos a considerar: Transportación: -Taxis o camionetas del aeropuerto al ferry de puerto Juaréz en Cancún cuesta aproximadamente $800 pesos. -Ferry Ultramar Puerto Juaréz $380 pesos viaje redondo por adulto y $300 pesos por niño. Inapam viaje redondo $140 pesos. -El número de automoviles en la Isla es muy limitado por lo que la mayoría de las personas se transportan en: Carritos de golf aprox $1000 pesos al día o $6000 por semana o en Taxi dependiendo el destino. Comidas y bebidas, con la excepción de la reunión de bienvenida donde tendremos pizzas, la cena de bodas y el lunch de despedida Torneo de Cornhole. Actividades extras: Dependiendo de su estadía es probable que quieran visitar puntos de interés de la Isla Parque Acuatico Garrafón, Dolphin Discovery, Paseos de Pesca, Buceo, Snorkel etc. El la sección Things To Do de nuestra página encontraran sugerencias y ligas a las páginas.
