Jump aboard the party pontoon shuttle at our pick-up spot, The Boat Basin on Okaloosa Island (410 Cobia Avenue), for the ultimate arrival experience. Launching from 4:15 PM, we'll be making waves in 15-minute increments, with the last pick-up at 5:15 PM. Please note, this shuttle service is one-way only, so make sure to arrange for an Uber or alternate ride for your return journey. Let's get this party started!

Looking for a king room at The Beal House? Please note that only a limited number of king rooms are available, as most rooms feature queen double beds. Due to the exclusivity of the king rooms and their gulf view location, they cannot be added to the group block at the discounted rate. However, you are welcome to request a transfer to a king room, with the option to receive a percentage off the upgraded rate. Contact The Beal House directly for more information and availability.

Please follow the instructions below to book your room at The Island Resort: The resort is experiencing high demand during this busy weekend and has graciously extended special group rates exclusively for our wedding guests: $209 for Standard rooms $229 for Pool View rooms $259 for Gulf View rooms Additionally, the usual $29 resort fee and $15 parking fee per night will be waived for our group. To secure your room, please contact Venessa, the Housing Coordinator, directly at 850-337-9194. Venessa can assist you in booking your room based on availability. Remember to mention that you are booking for the Armstrong/Smith wedding to ensure you receive the special group rate. Venessa is available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
