While we love your little ones, our wedding is a 10 or older affair so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the young kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
During the day, temperatures are typically between 60-70 degrees. At night, temperatures tend to be in the 50s. We suggest bringing a light jacket in case of cooler weather.
The ceremony will take place outdoors, pending there is no rain. In case of rain, the ceremony will be moved inside. The ceremony will last approximately 30 minutes and will be followed by cocktail hour which is also outdoors. The following reception will be indoors.

We encourage you to take lots of photos during the cocktail hour and reception! However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We prefer to see your smiling faces instead of your phones!
Not at all! We have a hotel block booked that offers discounted rates for The Lake House, however we have also included additional nearby hotel options in our travel section. There are also plenty of AirBnBs, Vrbos, and other rental homes available in the area depending on your preference. If you do decide to stay outside of walking distance to the venue, we strongly suggest a car rental as Ubers and ride shares are not widely available.
