What is the dress code?

Answer

This event is black-tie optional. We love an excuse to get dressed up, and hope that you will too. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or formal cocktail dress.

Although we love your children, this event will be 21+. We hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

Where should I stay?

We have a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn Outer Banks/Kitty Hawk. This venue is less than 3 miles from the venue. Mention our names when you call to make your reservation and they will give you our room rate. There are several other hotels in the Outer Banks if you choose to stay elsewhere. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 3:30pm. Please plan to arrive between 3:00 and 3:20pm.

Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

Yes - the ceremony and cocktail hour will be located outside, weather permitting. The ceremony will be in the grass and the cocktail hour will be on a patio. The reception will be fully indoors.
