Wedding Party

The Wedding Website of Jennifer To and Corey Clark
Meet some of our favorite people that are willing to put up with us! Our wedding parties were hand-selected based on the people that are near and dear to our hearts and our go-to people for as long as we can remember. We are grateful to have such genuine friends!

Sandra Khuu

Maid of Honor

Sandy and I go wayyyy back. Our moms were coworkers when they were pregnant with us (born 3 months apart) and we have been close from about age 5 - so much so that I consider her mom my god-mom! At one point we were the same height, same weight, and same shoe size! We took countless trips together growing up and had one last year together to SF. Even though we lived in separate towns, we were attached at the hip and had Chinese school, piano, and swim lessons together every week growing up. We talked on the phone before and after school - one time Sandy even got hit by a car!! As we got older we both attended Umass Amherst and met up weekly and although we were in different friend circles, we have always come back to each other. My sister-from-another-mister and my "person" (Grey's reference). I am beyond grateful to have such a genuine, selfless, intelligent, boss-bitch of a best friend to throw my veil on my big day!

Shayne Clark

Best Man

Shayne being my best man was the easiest choice I've made for the wedding. My big brother - the one guy I could always rely on being there for me. We did everything together growing up - riding our bikes together, playing kickball in the backyard, eventually playing video games together. As we got older, and Shayne learned to play guitar, that got me interested as well. I learned the bass guitar, but eventually that love for music changed into my love for playing drums. Together, we played our favorite songs from our favorite bands, sometimes even playing entire albums from front to back. We even wrote our own music with a few other friends, just for fun. Sure, we fought a lot along the way, but that's just what brothers do. There's an unspoken bond that we share, and I couldn't be happier to call this gentle giant my Best Man.

Shannon Sullivan

Bridesmaid

Shanny Bananny was my first friend in Braintree after moving from Randolph. It was the first day of class in Ms. Rooney's 3rd grade class when she assigned Shannon to show me around - she showed me how to "properly use the paper towel dispenser" and the people to avoid at recess. Over the next years, we bonded over overspending Scholastic book fairs and how to make the most out of our "funny money" in class over the phone every day. We remained best friends through middle and high school, frequently going to the South Shore Plaza to shop for clothes and candy we definitely didn't need. We continued to hang out frequently even during college breaks and beyond and created memories to last a lifetime. Fast forward 19 years and we still dress up for Halloween together as a group with Nikki (and Sadiya when she's around). Shannon is my hype-woman, funny as heck, and always down for an adventure. She has been an unbelievable friend and I am thrilled to have her by my side on my special day!

Jon Gatley

Groomsman

Jon and I technically met in 5th grade - my Elementary School closed down and I swapped into his school. We didn't really get close until Middle School/High School, where we started connecting heavily with music. Jon was in a band with some of my other friends, called Back Where We Started, and eventually I joined as their drummer. We made music, played a few shows that I'll never forget. Fast forward to college, Jon and I went to UMASS together, so we made the easy decision to be roommates. We stuck that out the entire way - eventually moving out of dorms into our first apartment together until we graduated. I'm happy to have known Jon all these years, and cannot be more thankful he's in my wedding party as well.

Nicole Yany

Bridesmaid

Nikki is a special friend that I met in 3rd grade through Shannon (since they have been best friends since kindergarten). I remember spending countless recesses together playing with the sand & sticks and chasing each other around. I also have a core memory of us lining up at Highlands after recess and bonding over her upcoming trip to China. In high school Nikki was the friend-group chauffeur and her mom's house was the "hangout" spot - a few times we made delicious s'mores and watched movies in the backyard and suffered the consequences of mosquito bites afterwards. Over the years Nikki and I only got closer through our annual traditions and I began to go to her often when I needed real advice. She has always been incredibly supportive of my dreams and ambitions, and is always down to help me "problem solve". The girls, as well as Corey and I, have made many trips to Dover/Portsmouth NH and she is consistently a top tier host. Nikki is a spectacular friend who always finds opportunities to bring us together and the embodiment of a reliable, selfless, hardworking individual (and the mom of the friend group) and I am thankful to have her next to me on my special day!

Blayne Sarazin

Groomsman

Blayne and I met in college, my Freshman year. He lived down the hall on the same floor of my dorm. For about a month of my Freshman year, I only left my room to eat food and go to class, otherwise I stayed in my room and played games on my computer until way too late at night. I actually think Jon met more of my floor first, and eventually, Blayne made his way into our room, and we hit it off. The best way to describe Blayne is he's the sweetest, funniest guy I know (with an incredibly nice butt, somehow). We stuck together through college, even after we moved to different housing for the second half of college, we hung out as much as we could. Eventually, Blayne moved out to Colorado, but we still the best of friends, and I couldn't be happier that he's in my wedding party. The bachelor party will actually be the first time I see Blayne since the end of college, so I couldn't be more excited.

Jessica Yu

Bridesmaid

Jess and I met in high school freshman year biology class and bonded immediately. We started to eat lunch together daily, be bio lab partners, and go shopping at the South Shore Plaza. One day my mom was driving Jess home when she mentioned that "her friend lives in the same neighborhood". Well, turns out that "my moms friend" is Jess' mom! A quick drop-off turned into an unexpected visit. Since then Jess and I both went to Umass Amherst together and lived in the same dorm freshman year, leading to many meals at Frank dining hall. We were also in Kappa Phi Lambda together for most of college and bonded over attending events and "picking up" littles during the same semester. Throughout college and beyond we have continued to meet up for meals and FaceTime calls frequently, and I always come out of our conversations with a fresh perspective. Jess is someone who humbles me and makes me a better person, and I try to do the same for her. We are both on our healing journeys and love to have meaningful conversations whenever we can. Jess has always been a fashionista, loyal, unbelievably real, and an empath at heart. I am excited to have her by my side on my special day!

Stanley To

Groomsman AND Officiant

Stanley is Jen's little brother, but if you ask her, she'd probably say I'm closer to Stanley than her now. I think my first interaction with Stanley was online in a game called League of Legends - I was a higher rank than him at the time and he wanted to get to Gold. I played some ranked games on a lower-ranked account and got him to Gold. It wasn't really until later on that Stanley and I became close, once we started playing a game called Final Fantasy XIV together, and we actually talked instead of gaming together. Once I moved in with Jen back in Braintree, Stanley, Jen and I hung out more in person as well, which meant I was spending more time with Stanley than she was. Through all this time though, Stanley has been an amazing friend, and is the one person that is closest to both Jen and I throughout our relationship. For that reason, we asked Stanley to be our officiant for the wedding, as well as being in my wedding party, and I couldn't be more overjoyed.

Michelle Liu

Bridesmaid

Michelle and I were at the same Franklin Pierce PA program interview back in March 2020 - but she always complains that I "ignored her". Funny enough, neither of us wanted to be the stereotypical Asians that were friends in the class. We became roommates and in the first few months it was evident that we bonded over superficial things like food, TV shows, and complaining about school, but later learned that we are also similar in our values and beliefs. Over the last 2.5+ years, Michelle has proven to be a lifelong friend and we have taken multiple trips together (and have one coming up after graduation). She takes Stanleys place of being Corey-and-my third wheel often and is one of the most honest (and sassy) people I know. There is never a dull moment with her around and she is always pushing me out of my comfort zone. She is fierce, independent, and driven. I am proud to have her by my side on my big day!

Tim Burke

Groomsman

Tim and I started at my first job out of college at the same time, on the same day. His brother, Matt, was the only one working in the Customer Support team, and we were both hired to relieve some of that pressure off of him. We actually didn't talk a lot in the first month or so since we were so busy and focused on work, and he had his brother, but eventually we both opened up and became closer and closer. Once the company grew a bit, our old boss Dawn Lowe really strengthened our bond, taking us to Escape Rooms, dinners, you name it. Tim, Dawn and I are like the three amigos now, even though Tim and I are in different sections of the company and Dawn is no longer there, whenever we get together we have too much fun. Tim is an amazing friend, and I'm happy to have him standing beside me when I marry the woman of my dreams!
