What are our COVID precautions?

Answer

We will be providing wedding themed masks for everyone and we ask that you please wear them when not sitting at your table or eating/drinking. Everyone will also be receiving personal hand sanitizers. Dinner will be buffet style but will be dished out by staff as to avoid mutual contact around food. We will also have staff that will be performing temperature checks on everyone before they enter the Venue. If you are experiencing any symptoms we ask that you please give us your regards from afar. If you have come into contact with someone experiencing symptoms within 14 days of the event, please get a negative test result before arriving. We want to keep everyone healthy and safe during these strange times but we also want everyone to have a fun time.

Will it be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. We do have contingency plans for rain. The reception will be inside with an outdoor patio.

Question

When do I need to be there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, please be at The Venue and in your seat by then. If you happen to arrive late please stand in the back until the ceremony is over.

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will take place at the same location as the ceremony.
