Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! You can arrive at Testa's in Southington around 6:30 PM for a 7:00 PM ceremony. You can park on site or across the street. When you enter there is a coat room to store your coat. You will see an open door to enter and sit for the ceremony! There is a ramp to the front door if you need accessible entry.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. The bridesmaids will all be wearing burgundy red dresses, and the groomsmen will be in black suits with white button-down shirts. Tie optional to your comfort level!

What food will be served?

Answer

Dinner will be served at 9:00 PM and will consist of salads, roasted vegetables, roasted potatoes, a buffet with pasta primavera, pasta Ala vodka, meatballs, roasted chicken, and a prime rib carving station. If you have allergies and would like a separate meal please let Corey or myself know. Cake will be served at 10:30 PM.

Should I bring a gift/is there a registry?

Answer

Corey and I have been saving for 2 years to purchase a home so that we can hopefully start a family. We are close to our goal, but instead of creating a gift registry, we are requesting money to add to this fund so that we can buy a home sooner. If you are able to give, please use the wedding website to contribute to our down payment fund. All gifts are much appreciated!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will offer an open bar until 11:00 PM, after that it will be a cash bar.
