How do I arrive at Hotel Hartness?

Answer

Due to the ongoing construction in the Hartness community, we suggest that you enter from Hwy 14, onto Society Street and from there, follow the signage to the hotel. We also suggest you use Waze for directions over Apple or Google maps!

Hotel Hartness will have self-parking options available for those planning to drive to the reception.

Are children invited?

Answer

We have decided to host our wedding ceremony and reception for adults only. We want all of our guests to be able to relax and enjoy the night! We ask that you only bring guests who are listed on the invitation.

What is Cocktail Attire (for our Welcome Party)?

Answer

Men are requested to wear a button-down shirt, long pants, and/or jacket. Ties are not necessary. Women can opt for maxi, midi, or cocktail length dresses, skirts, or pants in this same vein.

What is Black Tie Optional Attire?

Answer

A black-tie optional dress code gives guests a couple of formal options to choose from. Men are requested to wear a tuxedo but can opt for a dark suit. Women can choose either a formal evening gown or a shorter cocktail dress or pant suit in the same vein.
