Does the resort offer child care?

Answer

Yes! The all-inclusive packages include access to the Finest Kids club including full-service daycare options for kids of all ages: https://www.finestresorts.com/cancun/finest-playa-mujeres/finest-for-kids/ Additional 1:1 babysitting services can be booked directly with the concierge upon check in and pricing will depend on age, number of kids and duration of time needed.

Do I have to pay for my whole trip up front?

Answer

No! The best part about working with TravelBash is that you can put down a small deposit ($200.00 USD) to reserve your room and pay the balance closer to the day of travel. The due date for this initial deposit is January 29th 2021. We do encourage investing in trip insurance which can also be sourced via TravelBash.

How to book?

Answer

To reserve your room, complete the registration form at the URL link below (including your preferred room type - https://www.finestresorts.com/cancun/finest-playa-mujeres/rooms). Complete the form with the name as shown on your passports. If you do not yet have passports, leave blank & we will fill in later. Don't forget to fill in your cc/debit card. Payments are not made automatically. We will send a conf. # once the deposit ($200 USD) is processed along with receipt. Deposit due date is Jan. 29, 2021 Should you wish to stay less than 4 days (the min. is 3) or extend your trip, please note in registration. We will check the resort for availability & communicate with you before making your deposit. Bienvenido a Mexico! Even in November, average temps land in the 80s. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy the carribean vibe. Do I need a passport to travel to Mexico?

Answer

Yes, you will need a valid passport to travel internationally. If you do not have a passport or need to get yours renewed, please expect delayed turn-around times even with expedited service (we are hearing an average of 4-5 months for turn-around due to Covid delays).
