Will be we outside very long?

No, just long enough for the ceremony which should be mostly all shaded. Approximately 45 minutes tops!

Yes, but what a great date night it would be.

Yes, there will be an open bar after the ceremony. Tipping the bartender is optional.

Will there be transportation from hotel to wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will take you to and from the venue. It is within walking distance but because it may be a bit warm that day a shuttle will be available at designated times.
