The Wedding Website of Corey David Hidalgo and Aaron Michael Guertin
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 4th.

Question

How do I get to your wedding at Villa de Amore?

Answer

There are many different airports, freeways, and routes to get to our venue, Villa de Amore (40205 Calle Cabernet, Temecula, CA 92591). For those travel from afar, check out the "Travel" section of the website to get some suggestions for transportation and lodging.

Question

Is the wedding reception at a different location?

Answer

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception are all at the same location. Easy peasy!

Question

Is the wedding/reception venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The venue is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if you should be needing any assistance with this so we can notify our coordinators.

Question

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception are outdoors (whether permitting). The average temperature in Temecula in June is in the low 80s.

Question

What's the parking situation at the venue?

Answer

There is self-parking at the property.

Question

Is there a shuttle service to get to the venue?

Answer

There is no shuttle service to the venue, but any Lyft/Uber could easily get you to the private property.

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Although we want everyone to be comfortable as it will be a beautiful summer day in Temecula for our outdoor ceremony and reception, we request that the guest dress code be semi-formal to formal attire (e.g. tuxedos and long dresses are great as well as suits, pant suits, and knee length dresses).

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited that you all will be joining us on our special day! To keep things intimate, we’ve only included “and guest” on the invitations sent to those we’ve specifically extended this offer to. While we’d love to have everyone bring a date or additional family member or friend, we hope you understand that our venue has limited space, and we want to make sure there’s room for all of our loved ones. Thank you for your understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love kids, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event, with the exception of those in the ceremony and our beloved godsons. We hope you understand this decision, and we truly appreciate your support in making our day a little more intimate.

Question

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Yes, if you have a severe allergy or dietary restriction please let us know by answering that question on the RSVP page so that we can notify the caterer.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will be supplying the bar with a variety of wines, spirits, signature cocktails, mixers, and non-alcoholic beverages. Additionally, the venue will provide coffee, tea, and water options.

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

You are welcome to bring any gift to the venue on our day or send the gift straight to our home. Check out the "Registry" tab on the website to see our different registry websites for more information.

Question

Will there be a live stream of your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, there will not be any live stream of our ceremony. For those that are unable to attend, we will be sure to share our highlight video from our videographers with you all.

For all the days along the way
