Can I bring a guest or a plus one?

Our wedding is an intimate affair. Only the names listed on your invitation are invited. If your invitation includes a plus-one, their name will be shown. We appreciate your understanding as we stick closely to our planned guest count.

We love your little ones, but we are planning an adults-only celebration. This is a 18+ event. We hope this gives our guests a well-deserved night to relax and enjoy themselves!

What’s the dress code?

All black formal attire. We want our guests to feel classy, elegant, and radiant. The theme is Black Elegance, so bring your best in timeless, sophisticated black from head to toe.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Parking is available in the parking garage attached to the hotel.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure that you are ready seated before the ceremony begins. Once the ceremony starts, no one will be allowed to enter. Late arrivals will need to wait until cocktail hour to join the rest of the guests. Please plan ahead—we don’t want you to miss a moment!

Please RSVP by May 15th 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP, we will assume you are unable to attend. Only the names listed on your invite will be admitted — thank you for respecting our guest list and helping things go smoothly!

We are having an unplugged ceremony. What is an “unplugged” ceremony? Can I take pictures?

Answer

An “unplugged” ceremony means we kindly ask that all phones be put away and silenced during the ceremony. We truly want our family and friends to be present with us in the moment — without distractions. We’ve hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture all the best memories for you to look back on and enjoy. At the reception, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like! We’ll also have QR cards available for you to upload and share any pictures you take of us — we’d love to see them!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors on a terrace, with the remainder of the wedding being held indoors.

Open bar will be available during part of the reception. A cash bar will follow, please come prepared.
