What is an embarkment wedding?

Answer

An embarkment wedding is where guest can come on the ship for the duration of the wedding but not leave on the cruise itself.

Can we sail on the same cruise?

Answer

Absolutely! We will have a row of cabins set aside in all types of rooms for our guest to rent! Cabin fare must be paid by the guest and you must be 21 and older to rent a cabin.

Can children come?

Answer

Yes, but due to the limited amount of spots allowed for the reception we may ask that if you require childcare please make the bride aware so that we can make arrangements for you.

Can we come come to port the day before?

Answer

Yes! There will be a hotel lot with rooms available for rent up to 2 days before the wedding that is near the Port of departure.

What attire should we wear?

Answer

Sunday best, formal, or just come as you are comfortable to dance!

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes a full meal is served. If you have food allergies let the bride know.

Where do we park?

Answer

There is day parking available on the strand and near the port for a fee of $5‐$12. More details to come once the Covid restrictions are lifted and business resumes as normal.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have registered with Target and Amazon, but in lieu of gifts donations to Heart to Heart Hospice Foundation are requested.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

This is a timed event we will only have 2.5 hours total together the event will start promptly at 12:30 PM.

We never had a proper reception when we married and would like one to celebrate our 10 years of marriage by recreating a wedding celebration!
