Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP through our website or via the RSVP cards included with your invitation by July 26th, 2024.

Question

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

Either option is great! You can mail in your RSVP card which is already stamped for postage, or there will be an option to RSVP online as well.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If weather permits, our ceremony will be outdoors and in the grass. Please plan to wear proper footwear. If the weather is not optimal for outdoors, our ceremony will be held indoors.

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We want all guests to be comfortable, and able to let loose on the dance floor. Semi-formal/cocktail attire is suggested. Please keep in mind if weather permits, our ceremony will be outdoors and in the grass so proper footwear is also suggested.

Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

If you plan on driving yourself to our venue, we are asking guests to arrive promptly at 4:45pm to ensure our ceremony can begin on time. We would hate for you to miss this special exchanging of vows!

Question

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

Our reception will be ending at 11pm. There will be an after-party directly after the reception, at the same location. If you choose not to stay for the after-party, there will be a shuttle bus returning guests to the hotel immediately after our reception. For guests choosing to celebrate with us a bit longer, shuttle buses will also be returning guests to the hotel at the conclusion of our after-party at 12:00pm.

Question

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a large block of rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Poughkeepsie. Please navigate to the Travel tab on our website to learn more about how to book your room(s) here.

Question

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

Absolutely, we will have a shuttle bus departing the hotel at 4:15pm sharp to bring guests to our venue prior to the ceremony. Shuttle buses will also depart the venue starting at 10:30pm through 12:00pm, to bring guests back to the hotel after the celebrations.

Question

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! Red Maple Vineyard has onsite parking for those who choose to drive to the wedding events.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

If your wedding invitation is addressed to yourself "and Guest", you are able to bring a plus one. If your wedding invitation is addressed to only yourself, we ask you to kindly refrain from bringing a guest. While we would love to celebrate with as many people as possible, our venue does have a capacity limit that we must abide by.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot host any guests under the age of 18 at our wedding due to venue capacity. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you can enjoy a fun, adults-only night out!

Question

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies. Our RSVP card included with your wedding invitation will have an area to include this information. If you RSVP through our website, there will also be an option to include this information.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely! We will have an open bar throughout the cocktail hour and reception for those choosing to consume alcohol. For those who will not be consuming alcohol, the bar is able to create "mocktails" and has plenty of soft drinks.
