Travel
We are holding a block of rooms at World Golf Village - Renaissance Resort. There will be transportation from World Golf Village Renaissance if needed. Shuttles will depart promptly at 3:30pm. Please be in resort lobby 10 minutes prior to departure. It is typically a 30 minute drive. Transportation is provided back to the resort at end of event. Shuttles will depart promptly at 10:00pm.
If you're looking for something closer, there is a Holiday Inn Express and Suites, which is about 12-20 minutes from the venue.
The Venue has parking in the grass lot connected to their building. You can also park in public parking along Spring Park, after hours at City Hall, or utilize on-street parking.
