What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

There ceremony will start promptly at 3pm, so we ask that guests arrive at 2:45pm. The ceremony musicians will be playing for 30 minutes before the ceremony starts, so we encourage guests to arrive around 2:30pm to enjoy!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot and free street parking at St Michael, and there will be a complementary valet service at Theater on the Lake.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be shuttles between the different venues throughout the day. Shuttles will take guests from the Park Hyatt to St Michael, St Michael to Theater on the Lake, and Theater on the Lake back to the Park Hyatt (or to a bar for those who want to keep the night going). The shuttle from the Park Hyatt to St Michael will leave the hotel promptly at 2:30. The shuttle back to the Park Hyatt from Theater on the Lake will leave at midnight.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional. For men, a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie are both great choices. For women, tea- or floor-length dresses or elegant dressy separates are all appropriate.
