Yes. Please take advantage of the discounted hotel block at the Chicago Marriott Northwest with the reservation link listed on the travel tab. However, additional hotel options nearby are the Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Hoffman Estates and the Hyatt Place Chicago - Hoffman Estates.
No. Each guest will be responsible for their transportation to and from airport.
Yes. Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue, but only for guests booking through the hotel block with Chicago Marriott Northwest. A shuttle schedule will be provided at check in to outline pick up and drop off times. Guests that book outside of the Marriott hotel block will be responsible for their own transportation. The hotel reservations is how the hotel is tracking the number of shuttle users to ensure the right number of shuttles are available and for planning the shuttle schedule.
Yes, but it depends. If you are flying through Ohare airport, you can get an Uber to and from the hotel areas for ~$40-$50/one way. If you are staying at the hotel block with Marriott, there will be shuttles to the wedding and entertainment in walking distance. However, if you are hoping to explore downtown Chicago and be mobile during your stay outside of the planned wedding events, then yes I’d recommend reserving a rental car.
