Even with our artistic imaginations neither of us could have planned how our story unfolded. The first time we told each other how we felt was at Rachel's cabin in New Hampshire. We had begun talking a handful of months prior, and quickly bonded over coffee, sarcasm and flannels. We often joked that we were the same person, but as time went on we learned our differences, and grew an appreciation and love for them.

Our official relationship started on April 28th, 2019 on the top of a mountain in New Hampshire, as did most big moments of our story. Adventure is something that lies very deeply in both of our hearts. Throughout these years we have explored everywhere from old abandoned buildings to nearly every thrift shop in New England. As much as we like a good adventure though, we enjoy our downtime. Most of our early conversations were shared over good coffee and tea.

It was 4,052 feet above sea level on Mt. Jackson, where we decided to commit to a life together. We laughed about the climb as one that represented marriage. There are patches of ice where you slip and fall, but there are also patches of ease. With years of conversation, tears, laughter, and growth under our belts, we decided that there was no one else we'd rather be on mission with for the Gospel.
