Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire, Black-tie Optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or cocktail dress.

Are children invited to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Due to guest count constraints, we are unable to invite children.

Where are the ceremony and reception located?

Answer

All events are at the same location, The Bridgehampton Tennis & Surf Club. Please plan to arrive at 6:30pm so that you can enjoy a refreshment on the deck and be seated in time for our ceremony. We recommend checking Google Maps to plan your travel time, which can fluctuate due to traffic.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held on the beach at 7pm. Cocktail hour will be held on the outdoor deck overlooking the ocean. The reception will be held indoors. Please note: Ceremony seating will be in the sand. There will be a wood plank aisle covered in fabric to walk down until you reach the rows of chairs.

What is the weather like in August in Bridgehampton?

Answer

It is typically very moderate temperatures, which tend to drop in the evening.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We are no strangers to dietary restrictions, please indicate your dietary restrictions when you RSVP and we will make sure to accommodate you!

Yes, there is ample self parking available at the venue.
