This is a 30 minute walk alongside the mountain and waterfall.
Lake Placid
Enjoy one of our favorite towns, Lake Placid! Walk up and down Main Street visiting local bars, shops and olympic sites.
Dancing Bears Restaurant
A great restaurant which offers mountain views and a rooftop lounge.
The Cottage at Mirror Lake Inn
Our favorite thing about this restaurant is dining in the gondolas int he courtyard.

Indian Head Trailhead
In our opinion, Indian Head Trail has the best view in all of ADK! If you choose to do this one, let us know and we'll provide you with info on the best route to the top!
