Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Due to the venue's early head count, we encourage guest to RSVP by August 15, 2019. We ultimately expect guest to RSVP no later than August 30, 2019 in order for us to accommodate a meal for you. For your convenience, you may RSVP right here on our website!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The Hartley Botanica is a beautiful garden site that is completely outdoors for guest to enjoy the scenery and to dance under the stars.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

It will be outdoors so dress for warmth! It's a semi-formal event: tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Only kids from immediate family are expected to attend unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our food caterer has a vast array of options we can choose from. Please let us know ahead of time if there are any allergies we need to be aware of to plan accordingly!

Can I leave my car at the venue?

Answer

Safety is our number one priority. Our venue will allow your cars to be parked on site until 12:00 noon the next day if need be.

Can I take and post pictures of the ceremony on social media?

Answer

We would love to see the ceremony through your perspective! Please make sure and tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #corbettertogether so we can keep track of all of your pictures! Our only request is to please try not to block the photographers/videographer.
