How Early Should We Arrive?

Answer

We encourage you to arrive at least 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR EARLY so you can have enough time to explore the park and find your seating for the ceremony!

Will the Ceremony be an UNPLUGGED event?

Answer

YES! THE CEREMONY WILL BE AN UNPLUGGED EVENT! Please respect our decision to encourage you all to be fully present in our special moment and turn off and put away all cellphones and cameras until AFTER the ceremony. Our professional photographer will be taking photos, and we will get them out to you as soon as we can after the wedding!

Are The Ceremony And Reception In TWO Locations?

YES! Our Ceremony will be located at Cantigny Park-East Lawn. Our Reception will be located at Cantigny Golf- Woodside Pavilion. Please make arrangements to be transported just 7 minutes around the corner to Cantigny Golf for our Reception after the Ceremony!

How Far Do We Have To Walk To Get To The Ceremony Location?

East Lawn is about a 10 MINUTE WALK from the visitor center located at the front of the park!

Question

Will There Be Tram Assistance?

Answer

Cantigny can provide ONE tram for ceremonies held at the East Lawn. This Tram Service will begin 45 MINUTES BEFORE the Ceremony's scheduled start time and will operate until 15 MINUTES AFTER the ceremony Begins. Following the Ceremony, the tram will run for an additional 30 MINUTES. Please plan accordingly if you need to use this service! - The designated pick-up Location for tram services is IN FRONT OF THE VISITOR CENTER in the bus lane, marked by a sign for East Lawn tram service.
