Our wedding will be kid free. Although we love your kiddos, we encourage you to use this as a night out! Only the names listed on the invite are invited.
Please RSVP no later than July 22, 2025. If you do not respond in time, we will assume you are not coming and unfortunately won’t have a seat for you if you show up.
Parking for the ceremony at Windy Acres will be along the road (there will be signs). Parking for the reception at the Painted Hand Casino will be on the East side of the building/North of the hotel as well as the reception entrance.
Our ceremony will take place outdoors at Windy Acres, as long as weather permits, otherwise the ceremony will be moved to the Painted Hand Casino. Cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors at the Painted Hand Casino.
The bridal party will start taking pictures at Windy Acres following the ceremony. Immediate family members are asked to stay for family photos. Cocktail hour will start at 4:30pm at the Painted Hand Casino, with the bridal party entrance at 5:30pm.

There will not be transportation available out to Windy Acres (5 minutes West from Yorkton) for the ceremony. Although the hotel is steps away from the reception location so no need to worry about finding a ride for that!
Of course! This is a party after all! We will be serving roast along with gravy, ceaser/garden salad, fresh carrots/garden peas, buttermilk mashed potatos, and an assortment of desserts. We will also be having a cash bar. No outside food or drinks are allowed at the venue.
Absolutely! Please take as many pictures/videos as you can (keeping our photographer in mind) and send them our way! We can’t wait to see our special day through your eyes!
