Uber and carpooling services are strongly encouraged! The venue offers permit parking only. Spaces have limited availability and permits are first come first serve. Permits are $10, must be purchased in advance, and a short walk up/down hill to get to the venue is required. There is an app called “Spot hero” that is a great resource as well for finding nearby parking. Please see the "parking" tab for more info.
We absolutely adore children and appreciate you asking! However, we've decided to keep our celebration adults-only, with the exception of the little ones in our wedding party, and breast feeding babies. We hope you'll understand, and we look forward to celebrating with you!
To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests, only those named on your invitation are included. We appreciate your understanding!
Our wedding calls for a semi-formal dress code. Ladies, we recommend cocktail dresses and suggest considering the grassy ceremony location when selecting your shoes. Gentlemen, please wear suits and avoid jeans or t-shirts. We want everyone to feel elegant and celebrate in style! As a friendly note, please steer clear of light blue, green, and white attire, as these colors are reserved for our wedding party and bride.
We kindly ask that guests arrive at 3:30pm. This will give you time to enjoy our welcome social before the ceremony, and ensure you're comfortably seated before the 4:00pm ceremony start time. Given the venue's parking challenges, we ask that you plan to arrive early to avoid any last-minute rush and to not miss the I do's!
Our venue is completely smoke-free, and we ask that all guests refrain from smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes, vaping, etc.) anywhere on the premises, including the parking lot. An event manager will be present to ensure this policy is upheld, and violations will result in fines. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a comfortable environment for all our guests.
