What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for the occasion. We ask that all guests arrive in formal attire, please no jeans.

Are kids welcomed?

Answer

We love your little ones, but due to space restrictions, we unfortunately cannot accommodate children at our wedding. Enjoy a date night on us!

Am I allowed to bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we kindly ask that only guests listed on your invitation attend. Thank you for your understanding. (Example: Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Mr. Smith and Guest)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30-minutes before the ceremony starts to ensure you have plenty of time to find parking and your seat. Drinks will be available while you wait for the ceremony to begin.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We've hired wonderful photographers and videographers to capture the day. We kindly ask you to keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony and enjoy the moment with us!

What if I can't attend?

We will miss you! Please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. You can RSVP through the website or contact us directly.

Is there parking or transportation available?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue. There will also be a shuttle provided through the hotel to the venue from the Courtyard Hotel ONLY. Please check our travel page for more details.

Question

Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes, there is a room block at the Marriott Courtyard in Hamilton. It is about five to seven minutes from the venue. There are limited rooms available under the room block, if you are unable to secure a room with the room block there will still be rooms available, the Courtyard asks all guests staying book prior to September 1st, there are also other hotels available in the area such as the Residence Inn and the Hilton. There will be a shuttle to and from the Courtyard and Hamilton Manor prior to and after the wedding. Our after party will also be hosted at the Courtyard bar after the reception.
