We're Getting married!

Tyler and I went to high school together and always knew of each other but never talked or became friends until Mr. Motters science class. I always thought he was just another emo weird kid in high school. We had class together and talked somewhat but never enough to amount to anything. I was at Laurens house one day when she invited Tyler and Quinn over to swim. I knew from the time the skateboarding emo kid with a bright orange beanie on that we were connected somehow. Senior year homecoming came along and I didn't want to go to my last homecoming dance without a date. So, with Tyler and I having the same science class together and somewhat becoming friends I took the leap and asked if he had a date yet. He said he didn't and we ended deciding we were going to go together. Homecoming came and Tyler unlike any other male in high school showed up to pictures in a blazer, dress shirt, matching tie to my dress and here comes the best part.. black jeans and vans. I was so annoyed but laughed. We went to the dance together and after we went and stayed the night at a friends house with a bunch of other friends. This night we hit it off. We laughed, joked, and talked a lot and from there on we knew we both had a connection. Shortly after homecoming we had our first date and a few weeks later we started dating. Now here we are 5 years later engaged and about to be married. I never knew that day in the pool I would meet the love of my life.
