The wedding date is Sunday September 13th, 2026. The time of the Wedding Ceremony is 3:30pm. We requests that our guests arrive at 3:00pm.
The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will be taking place at Laural Mill Wedding and Event Venue in Heltonville Indiana.
Please RSVP as soon as possible and no later than August 13th 2026. You can RSVP directly on the wedding website. If you are having trouble, please reach out to the Bride or Groom.
In order to keep our wedding day intimate and align with venue capacities, we ask that only specified guests join us on our special day. If a plus one has been allotted to you, it will be clearly written on your formal invitation.
While we love your little ones, we hope you will take this opportunity to enjoy a date night out! We ask that only children belonging to the immediate family of the couple, and those in the wedding ceremony attend the wedding. If your children are included, it will be specifically noted on your invitation.
Garden Party Cocktail is the attire theme for the wedding. Women's cocktail attire can be described as knee or full length dresses or jumpsuits. Men's cocktail attire can be described as a casual suit and/or formal shirt and pant with a tie. We ask that guests avoid denim and other casual wear items. We would adore seeing everyone all dressed up! Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes that accommodate things such as: walking on dirt/gravel, dancing and moving on concrete, transiting through lightly wooded areas.
The wedding colors involve shades of olive green with hints of pink. Guests are encouraged to wear summery shades, and pastels that complement the color scheme. Summery patterns and florals are welcomed and encouraged! We ask that guests avoid wearing white.
There is parking available at the venue site. Parking can be found in multiple places but may include a short walk on dirt or gravel land. Please be prepared to part on gravel or grass. If handicap accommodations are needed, communicate with the bride and groom so we can ensure all your transiting is done safely and conveniently. Can I leave my car at the venue overnight? Vehicles can be left on the property overnight until 10 AM the next day. Shuttle Services-Uber, as well as other shuttle services do accommodate the area. It is recommended that you schedule ahead of time.
We will be serving Fried Chicken, BBQ Pulled Pork, Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Green Beans, and a Salad.
