Phoenix, even though it is further from the venue, you’ll get more direct flights.

What to do for food?

There’s lots of local restaurants around depending on what you’re looking for, it may be a little bit of a drive. Coffee-way of the bean is adorable and delicious The morning after we are going to try to do something for breakfast that way everyone doesn’t have to travel out a bunch

What do we wear?

Arizona wedding attire-for non-locals nice jeans and a shirt will do! Women-sun dresses are fine. My colors are southwestern vintage vibe.

Grounds are only permitted for beer and wine, so if you need something stronger, it can be kept in your room and traveled around the property in any non-liquored name container.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony will start by 430 so you can start heading over by 4:15ish if staying on site and 4 if driving over

Are kids welcome?

Kids are welcomed if indicated on invite, there will be a designated kids table for the younger ones

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

If you’re staying off site and will be drinking we can absolutely arrange transport to where you’re staying, within reason.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Ceremony and reception are all on site, if staying off site, we can help with transportation.
