When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP's should be submitted no later than April 15th, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are kindly asked to arrive by 4:45pm to allow time for parking and finding their seats before the ceremony begins at 5pm. A reception will follow immediately after with dinner at 6pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please refer to the "Attire" and "Attire Examples" tabs to find more information on the dress code. All guests are encouraged to dress on theme.

Is there parking for the venue?

Answer

There is a large parking lot across the street from Scott Conference Center and parking is free.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please note this on your RSVP so we can ensure you have food options available to you. We will do our best to accommodate all dietary needs that are communicated.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block at Residence Inn Marriott using the link listed below. We also recommend booking at the Courtyard Marriott or at the Hilton Garden Inn. Are kids welcome?

Answer

We strongly encourage that our guests use this evening as a date night and we would prefer that young children stay at home. However, we understand that this is not always possible, so children are welcome. We ask that you be willing to take your child out of the room if they are unable to stay seated and quiet for the duration of the ceremony.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

To fully immerse yourselves in our special moment, we kindly ask that you please turn off your cell phones and refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony, as we will have a professional photographer to capture the day.
