Twin Sister of the Bride (although you might not guess that by seeing them!). Alex and Maddie have always been a tight duo, known as "the twins" to family and friends. Maddie credits her vast music taste to Alex (introduction to Fall Out Boy and Twenty One Pilots) thanks to sharing an iTunes account growing up. Alex and Maddie have always balanced each other out, so with wedding stresses, Maddie knows that Alex will help her relax and enjoy the process. The 2 people who compliment Maddie the best are Alex and Nate so there really is no one better to be standing next to Maddie on her big day!

Noah Cleghorn

Best Man

Best friend of the Groom. Nate and Noah met in the dorms of GVSU (funny story). Over the years they've had many adventures from hiking the dunes in Muskegon to the mountains of North Carolina and Colorado. They went on to live together senior year when Nate met Maddie and quickly welcomed Maddie into the family. When Nate said he was going to propose to Maddie, his first words were "It's about time!"

Best friend of the Bride. Holly and Maddie played basketball together starting in 5th grade on a team called Panther Pickles. They have lived together, partied together, Holly was even at the coffee shop during Maddie and Nate's first date sitting on the other side of the room! Holly has always been like another sibling to Maddie and Alex.

Nate Dufon

Best friend of the Groom. Once known as Big Nate and Little Nate, the two met in the dorms at GVSU through Noah (Best Man). While both sharing the same first name, neither are known as such in the friend group. Rather they are known as Futon and Copp. The two share a love of music and video games, regularly playing games and sharing music recommendations with each other.

Tori Twining

Best friend of the Bride. Maddie and Tori went to high school together and were unofficially room mates in college at MSU because they spent all of their time together. Tori and Maddie have been to some iconic concerts together including Taylor Swift and the Jonas Brothers! If you hear Liam Payne's "Strip That Down" you can expect to see Tori on the dance floor!

John Garafalo

Best friend of the Groom. John is one of Nate's best friends from back home (White Lake, MI). They met in middle school while playing Call of Duty online and went on to work together at ACE Hardware for 3 years in High school. Even though they live on opposite sides of the state and don't see each other as often as they'd like, their friendship is just as strong as ever.

Ashley Tennant

Best friend of the Bride. Maddie and Ashley's friendship goes waaaaay back to middle school playing basketball together. They would spend their summers at the beach, watching movies and making fun Youtube videos (yes, they are still on Youtube lol). Although Ashley lives in the amazing city of Boston now, they have stayed close thanks to Group chats and Jackbox games!

Ethan Rosser

Best friend of the Groom. Ethan and Nate lived together freshman year in the GVSU dorms and was one of Nate's first new friends. Through a mutual love of dubstep, they have enjoyed many concerts together! Ethan is a DJ himself and was the DJ for Maddie's sisters' wedding and Nate's parents' anniversary.

Olivia McMillen

Best friend of the Bride. Olivia and Maddie met freshman year of college at MSU and have been close ever since. Olivia has been Maddie’s dance partner, beer pong partner and brunch bestie enjoying spicy Bloody Mary’s whenever they can! Olivia is making the trip back to MI from Texas to be in Maddie and Nate’s wedding and they could not be more thankful!

Ethan Crowley

Best friend of the Groom. Nate and Ethan met at GVSU through mutual friends. Over the years, the two have gotten into plenty of shenanigans and adventures, spending a lot of time in the outdoors fishing, hiking, and hammocking. Ethan has been off traveling Europe and having adventures, but was sure to make it back for Nate and Maddie's wedding.

Kayla Aldapa

Best friend of the Bride. Kayla was Maddie’s first friend she made at college at MSU (Maddie used Kaylas roommates printer, and the rest is history!). They bonded over being in the same major in school, loving Rick’s at MSU (iykyk) and their love for MSU sports, especially the early 2000’s basketball players!

Mitch Plichta

Best friend of the Groom. Nate and Mitch met through Noah, getting to really know each other during their spring break trip to Colorado. Over the years, they became great friends, sharing a love of music and horror movies. Mitch would host scary movie nights at his apartment where they would watch terrifying and campy horror movies and jam to music.
