Guests should RSVP by October 1st, 2025. If your RSVP is not received by 10/1, we will inquire with you about your RSVP. If we have yet to hear from you by 10/10, we will assume that you sadly cannot attend our Wedding Weekend.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM on November 1st. Please arrive between 4:15-4:25 PM.
There are multiple public parking lots surrounding the hotel in Downtown New Port Richey. There is parking at Sims Park across the street from the hotel & there are a limited number of spaces on the hotel property itself.
The venue has a strict no-alcohol policy in place during the event hours (4:30 PM – 11:00 PM). While you're welcome to enjoy beverages in your room outside of those hours, please note that any alcohol found on guests not from the bar, during the event time window could result in a $250 charge. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy to help us avoid any issues on the big day. Thank you for understanding!
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests that are not listed on your invitations. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Please refrain from wearing white, beige, shades of green, & cabernet colors as these are worn by the bridal party only. Please wear formal/cocktail attire for the wedding as listed on the RSVP page. Thank you!
We understand that you are excited for this moment, but we are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning we are requesting you to be fully present during our ceremony, and kindly turn off all cell phones and/or cameras to enjoy this moment with us. We will have professional photographers and videographers to capture our evening. But feel free to take as many as you want during the reception!
If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" on our website so we can plan accordingly. We will miss having the opportunity to celebrate our wedding with you!
