Welcome to the Lodge

Dinner

5:00 pm

We know everyone will be tired from traveling so dinner will be provided! If anyone has any allergies and/or dietary restrictions please let Austin or myself know before the wedding so we can plan accordingly. I will brief everyone on the house rules, and we can also use this time to run through the details of the wedding.

Grooms Party Get Ready

12:30 pm - 3:00 pm

Lunch

1:00 pm

Premade sandwiches & charcuterie boards will be provided. Guests are welcome to go out for lunch as long as you keep track of time.

Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Everyone helping set up/in wedding party needs to leave the Lodge by 3:30 pm. All other guests need to leave no later than 3:45 pm. It is the busy season, and we don't know how traffic will be. After the ceremony, we will be taking some extra pictures with our camera. Guests can explore or go back to the lodge where snacks & appetizers will be waiting before dinner.

Wedding Dinner

7:00 pm

Dinner will be catered at the Retreat by Bullfish Grill. Please let us know your preferences and if you have any dietary restrictions.

After Party

8:00 pm

After dinner, we will have music, drinks, karaoke, & games. There is a hot tub, an indoor pool, a fire pit, board games, a pool table, and much more!

The Last Supper

6:00 pm

We will be having Olive Garden at the Retreat for our Last Supper!
