Travel Note

Considerations:

Distance: Please verify the driving distance prior to booking a place to stay. Some places are farther way than they appear on the map. There are plenty of other hotels in Wasilla and Anchorage to choose from that are not listed below. Transportation: We ask that you plan transportation accordingly, there are very limited taxi/uber options to and from Big Lake. Parking: There will be plenty of parking at the venue, however it will fill up quickly. Carpooling is strongly encouraged. Plan for a moderate amount of walking around the property as each part of the event is spread out. For those who cannot walk far distances, there will be carts available for transportation around the property.

Flight

Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport

This is the only airport to fly into. Our venue is in Big Lake, which is approx. one hour and fifteen minutes out of Anchorage

If you would like to camp for the weekend, these spots are first-come first-served. This campsite is less than a ten minute drive from the venue.

Best Western Lake Lucille Inn

This hotel is located in Wasilla, which you will pass through on your way to Big Lake from Anchorage. It is a twenty minute drive from our venue.
