FAQs

If you have any other questions than what is listed here, please reach out to Kelsey (925-980-3187) or Andrew (925-588-6710).
Question

Can I bring my Significant Other?

Answer

If your invitation says "and guest" or your partners name, yes. If your invitation does not include a guest, we unfortunately cannot accommodate an additional seat for you. We hope you understand that with Covid we are not able to celebrate with as many as we wish. Our venue requires an RSVP-only policy, so those who are not listed on the guest list will not be accommodated and will be turned away. Please note on your RSVP card we've listed how many seats we have reserved for you. If you have any other questions about this, please reach out to Kelsey.

Question

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we ask that you make arrangements ahead of time and leave the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. Please note that the Bride + Groom plan to have their nieces / nephews attend as they are part of our wedding party.

Question

Can I smoke or vape at the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately our venue has a very strict no smoking, vaping, or drug paraphernalia policy. Breaking this policy results in a $1000 fine, so we ask you to please refrain for the evening.

Question

What's the Dress Code?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. Use this an an excuse to break out the fancy outfits - jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, slacks - just no jeans!

Question

Will the bride be changing her name after the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Kelsey will be changing her last name to Mays after the couple is married. P.S. The bride will be the first to admit that she googles this before addressing any wedding card, so she thought she'd save you a few seconds in case you're like her: the plural of "Mays" is "Mayses" (not the smoothest, but hey, what can ya do?!)

Question

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

While we have an amazing photography team (Matt & Jessica Clausen) who will be documenting our special day for us, we don't mind if you want to get some shots for yourself! We just ask that you remain in your seats during the ceremony as to not get in their way :)

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 3pm as our ceremony starts at 3:30 sharp!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes. We plan to have an open bar for the first couple of hours and then it will turn into a cash bar. Please plan accordingly for a ride home if you plan to indulge in more than a drink or two.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. There are also several ubers / lyfts in the area should you choose to not drive.

Question

How are you handling Covid?

Answer

As of 6/15, our venue is allowing our full guest list (yay!) and only requiring masks for those individuals who haven't been Vaccinated. We will continue to update this accordingly, especially with the new, stronger variants making their way around. We highly encourage everyone to get vaccinated! Please understand that this is a venue policy and must be followed.
