Parking is inside the horse arena at Gansberg Ranch. Look for the “Gansberg Ranch Parking” sign at the entrance. The lot is flat dirt with plenty of space, and parking is self‑park. It’s about a one to two minute walk to the venue, and the ranch will also have a 6-seater shuttle running to help guests from the parking area to the ceremony site. Cars may be left overnight but must be picked up by 10:00 AM the next morning. Please park inside the arena only.
Please arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 so you have time to park and make your way to the ceremony site before it begins at 4:00.
Our wedding will be a smoke‑free celebration. The venue is a working hay ranch, and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property to protect the hay and the animals that graze on it. We kindly ask guests to refrain from smoking or vaping throughout our wedding.
