Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
As soon as possible! But we would love for you to RSVP by October 1st! That gives us a month to contact our vendors and venue to give them the most updated versions of the guest list! You can RSVP right here on the website! If you do not RSVP by the deadline, we will have to mark you as declined.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony is starting at 5pm. We recommend you aim to arrive by 4:30pm to ensure you are able to comfortably find your seat and mingle beforehand!

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you do not have your phones out during the ceremony. Our photographer, Joy, will be capturing the ceremony for you! (If you want photos, just ask! We will send them!) We will however be having disposable cameras during the reception for everyone to use!

Where do I park?
Answer
There is a parking lot right outside of the visitors center! Park there and make your way to the ceremony by following the signs!

What should I wear?
Answer
We ask that all guests wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. Fall and winter colors are encouraged, but not mandatory (No denim or white please). Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, so please dress accordingly and make sure to check weather conditions beforehand. Additionally, keep in mind that the venue primarily has grass and gravel. We will have heaters and a tent in case of rain or cold.

What will the food and drinks look like?
Answer
We will be having a wood-fired pizza buffet and open bar! There will be gluten free and veggie options, a little something for everyone! We aren’t fans of wedding food and wanted something fun!

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate those formally invited, if you received the ability to bring a plus 1, it will be stated on your invitation and here on the website when you RSVP.

Is the venue close to Alexandria?
Answer
Unfortunately not. Gunston hall is approximately a 30-45 minute drive away. If you’re visiting, make sure you have a ride there!
