Lake Michigan (Holland)
Sophia's hometown! It might be a little cold, but going to Lake Michigan is always so beautiful! Nothing beats driving down Lakeshore Dr. in the Fall. About 45 min drive West of GR! Downtown Holland has great restaurants/shops if you're in the area!
Robinette's Apple Haus & Winery
Apple picking and donuts are always a great time. Just outside of Grand Rapids and has a variety of different apples that you can pick straight from the tree. They also offer hard cider, wine and fresh baked goods!
Madcap Coffee Company
Cooper's favorite coffee shop in GR -- they have great seasonal specials and are right downtown!
Frederik Meijer Gardens
Frederik Meijer Gardens has a big botanical garden, art museum, and outdoor sculpture park! I'm sure it will be gorgeous in October.
Sip Organic Juice Bar
Our real connection happened over juice/smoothies lol jk but really, Sip is still one of our favorite juice bars and that's saying a lot!! Cooper used to work here in college and would bring me green juice all the time... a true love story lol!
Maru Sushi
Unique/fun sushi rolls, hibachi eats and great cocktails! Definitely recommend if you're in the mood for Japanese.
