What’s included?
Answer
All-inclusive resorts are priced per person, based on how many individuals are booked in a room. The rates listed are PER PERSON and include: -hotel accommodations -all inclusive meal plans, including drinks and alcoholic beverages -access to several Majestic Elegance parks and activities -round-trip, shared ground transportation by shuttle between destination airport (CUN) and your resort, Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres(MECM). -hotel, tax, and gratuities -all wedding events & activities

What date should we check in?
Answer
We recommend arriving no later than April 30th, 2026 - the day before the wedding. In the case of any travel delays, it would truly stink to miss Paige and Cooper’s big day! As long as you check in at least one day before the wedding, are present for the wedding itself, and hit the 4 night minimum requirement, you’re good to go! If you wish to come earlier or stay later, that’s no problem at all. Just include your requested dates of stay and chosen room category in an email to Christina, and she’ll confirm with the resort and let you know! Just keep in mind that dates outside the room block may have different rates than the group rates listed for our date range.

What is a room block?
Answer
Room blocks mean that Cooper & Paige have paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms on your behalf for your group. They’ve signed a contract, with the resort and they’ve committed to filling a minimum number of rooms. ONLY rooms booked with Christina Cupples of Vincent Vacations will count toward this contract and the couple’s group block. The resort has a minimum 4 night stay within these dates, you can absolutely come earlier or stay later, as long as the resort has availability.

How many people can stay in a room?

We recommend two people per room for optimal comfort and pricing, but check out the room descriptions for more details about how many guests can be accommodated in each room category. Please note all-inclusive stay is quite different from a regular hotel stay, as there is per-person pricing(due to all of food/bev, and other amenities that are included in your stay).

How much is the deposit?

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due by _______ for guests staying the April 30-May 3rd, 2026. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable unless you purchase insurance at the time of deposit.
