IS IT AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes! Please plan accordingly. Shuttles will be available, more information under hotel tab. Also, shuttle times at the end of the night will be posted at the reception.

Is there transportation to and from the Venue?

Answer

Yes; we've arranged the shuttle service to and from will ONLY be at Microtel in Warsaw. We want to ensure our guests get to and from our wedding safely. *** To ensure on time arrival to the 4pm Ceremony start -- Shuttles to the Venue departing from the Microtel *** 1 bus departing at 3:00pm 1 bus departing at 3:15pm *If you miss the 3 or 3:15 bus, you must drive to the venue. You can still utilize the return bus, you'll just need to get your vehicle in the morning. *** End of the Night ~ Breezeway to Microtel ~ Return to Hotel Times *** 8:30pm 9:30pm 10:30pm - 11:00pm

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking. Ceremony and Reception all take place at Breezeway Barns. There are 62 spots and 2 Handicap spots ~ 64 total.

WILL THE EVENTS TAKE PLACE INSIDE OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony will take place in the Ceremony Barn. Please look for the sign "Our Wedding This Way." The cocktail hour and reception will both be held indoors.

While we love your little ones we invite you to join us in celebrating our special day as an adult only event.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

Due to space limitations we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your invitation and RSVP card.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so that everyone can be seated prior to the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. If you are late, please find a seat in the back row.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let the bride or groom know if you have a food allergy and we will work with our caterer to provide you with a special meal.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Here are some ideas: Gentlemen, can wear a suit, a blazer or dress shirt and tie, suspenders. Ladies, a cocktail dress, a knee-length or longer dress, dressy separates, or a fashionable jumpsuit are perfect options. Bring your dancing shoes!! This isn't a black tie wedding, we just ask that you refrain from wearing denim pants.
