When should I arrive?

Answer

Please give yourself a buffer, as the drive can take longer than you think. The venue itself is spaced out and once you have arrived, you will need to be shuttled to the ceremony site. So getting there a half hour before the ceremony will give you plenty of time to use the bathroom and such beforehand. We would rather you arrive early and checkout the beautiful venue, than come too late!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Attire: Dressy-casual. Think 'Forest Formal-ish'. For Men: button up shirts, chinos or nice dark jeans and dress shoes or boots. For Women: Floral and spring colors! Think spring in the mountains. Block heels with closed toes or boots recommended (lots of dirt and some walking) Note: It will get cooler once the sun goes down. Bring a jacket or sweater!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the limited space at the venue, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed under your name when you go to RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Due to the limited space at the venue, we are only able to accommodate kids that are formally invited. If your kids were invited, they will be listed under your name when you go to RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a shuttle to and from Cascade. We encourage everyone to carpool and plan ahead on who will be driving home as the drive can be long no matter where you are coming from! The road can be a little rough at times, so please drive safe.
