Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nope! We want everyone to come as they are and wear what feels comfortable! After all, it is a backyard wedding! The only thing we ask is no white dresses (out of respect for the bride). The entire evening will be outdoors and on grass, something to keep in mind when choosing shoes and attire :)

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes! However, during the ceremony and first part of reception (meal, speeches, etc) they will need to stay next-door in Sue's Airbnb, where we will have childcare, dinner and activities for them until 11pm. All within a short walking distance from where the wedding will take place. If you'd like, they are more than welcome to come join us once we've gotten to the dance-party portion of the night :) In this case, we consider those over the age of 12 -adults. Simply for the purpose of our catering.

Food and Drinks?

Answer

A buffet-style dinner will be provided through GoodWood Catering, with lots of options to choose from (for those with dietary restrictions). We will also have an open bar of sodas, beer, seltzers and canned cocktails. And of course lots of water! Feel free to also bring your own cooler of drinks for you or your family if you prefer something specific.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5:50pm, we would like everyone in their seats by 5:55pm for the ceremony.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We unfortunately only have room for the people listed on each RSVP, so please don't bring any surprise guests unless approved by the bride and groom!

Do we have a registry?

Answer

We do not! The only gift we want is you there on our special day!
