Some love stories begin at candle lit dinners or chance encounters in bustling city streets. Ours started at a dog park on a chilly January night in Nacogdoches, Texas. Both students at Stephen F. Austin University, we had no idea that a spontaneous visit to the park would change our lives forever. Amid the wagging tails we struck up a conversation, and what began as friendly chatter soon turned into something deeper. Now, as we embark on this new chapter together, we celebrate where it all began—with a simple, unexpected moment that led us to forever.
