Please RSVP no later than July 19th! This gives us time to be able to give final headcounts to our vendors! We appreciate your consideration!
The ceremony will start promptly at 2PM. Please arrive 15-30 minutes beforehand to park and be seated.
We kindly request everyone in formal attire. Please refrain from wearing colors specific to the bride- whites, creams, ivories. For men, formal attire means a suit and tie. For women this means midi to long, floor length dresses. As a friendly reminder our ceremony will be happening in a Catholic Church, so we kindly ask all outfit choices respect that location and formality.
We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity and budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. If you are welcome to a plus one, your invitation will read "{Your Name} and Guest". Thank you for understanding!
There is a parking lot at the church, as well as a yard lot at the reception.
Yes! If your children are invited, your invitation will be addressed to "The {Your Name} Family"! We'd love to have littles running around with us on our day!
While we are not taking special requests for food allergies, we have worked with our caterer to provide dairy and gluten free options! If you have a severe specific allergy, feel free to reach out to inquire about what options will be available for you.
We are registered with Zola, this website! Zola partners with multiple different companies to provide one space for all registry items. There is a tab that includes the things that we would be interested in helping us get started! All items ordered through Zola will be sent to Cooper and Hadley's shared address.
We do not have a hotel block booked. Since our engagement period has been so shortened, we needed to remove some of the things off of our plate. Below you will find hotels that we recommend in the area! Our venue is 20 minutes from Richmond, and 30 minutes from Williamsburg. There are also a bunch of cute AirBnBs both in the Richmond and Williamsburg areas if you're wanting to stay for the whole weekend. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out!
