When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than June 13th - exactly 6 weeks before our big day!

What is the address of the wedding ceremony/reception?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both be at the same location - The Glasshouse at River Oaks. Address below: 14204 St Andrews Dr, Grandview, MO 64030

Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes! There are two options for room blocks. Please visit the "Hotels" tab for more information. Please make sure to book your room(s) before the cut-off dates to ensure you receive the special room rates!

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?

Answer

If you book a room at the Crossroads Hotel, there will be a shuttle available to take you to and from our wedding venue at certain times - you will be notified of these times if you book a room here. There is no shuttle available from the Holiday Inn hotel option, however, it is a short 7 minute ride away from our wedding venue.

Is there a dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to join us in semi-formal attire. Gentlemen, please wear a suit or blazer with dress pants. Ladies, a midi-length cocktail dress would be great!

Are plus-ones allowed?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those whose names are listed on the invitation attend the celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to share this special day with you!

Are children invited?

Answer

Aside from immediate family, our wedding is adult-only. We appreciate your understanding and making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Where are you registered for wedding gifts?

Answer

We are registered at Crate & Barrel and Amazon. We also have a honeymoon fund that can be contributed to. All of this can be found under the "Registry" tab!

Is there parking available at your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking available in the large lot right next to our venue. You are even able to leave your car overnight, however, please make sure to pick your car up by noon the next day!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), but if there is precipitation or extreme heat, we will pivot and hold our ceremony indoors, inside the Glasshouse. Our cocktail hour will be held inside/outside. There will be a patio that you can hangout on as well as indoor space inside the ballroom area of the main space. Our reception will be held indoors, inside the Glasshouse.

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?

Answer

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our Crossroads Hotel block, or all the rooms within our block have been booked, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can try to book a room at the Crossroads Hotel outside of our block. There are also lots of other hotel accommodations around that area (Loews, Marriott, etc). Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need additional help with this!

What's the best airport to use?

Answer

Make sure to fly into MCI (Kansas City International Airport) if you are flying here!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner at the reception with a full buffet.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know in the designated section of your RSVP. Our catering company is great at accommodating these!

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:00pm, so we ask that all guests please arrive to the venue no later than 3:45pm.

What time will your wedding reception end?

Answer

Because our venue is located within a neighborhood, music/drinks will end at 10pm. Please make sure you have ride accommodations post-reception!
