FAQs

Question

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

As soon as possible. The deadline to RSVP is September 1st 2026. If you do not RSVP by this time we will assume you are unable to attend, thank you for understanding!

Question

Is The Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

All of our wedding events will be indoors, so you’ll stay cozy no matter the weather! That said, we will be in the PNW in late fall. As each venue is within easy walking distance from the hotel, be sure to pack a good coat (and maybe an umbrella) just in case it’s windy or rainy.

Question

What Time Should I Arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

We request that guests arrive to the ceremony around 4:30pm. All guests will be asked to take their seats at 4:45pm.

Question

How Do I Get to and From The Wedding Venues?

Answer

Uber and other rideshare options are reliable for transportation to all events if you prefer not to walk. Most events — with the exception of the Welcome Event — will take place at venues a 5 minute walk from our recommended hotel. The Welcome Event will be held at a restaurant just a 10-minute walk (or 5-minute drive) from the hotel.

Question

What Should I Wear?

Answer

For the Welcome Cocktail Hour: Business casual, something nice and put together but nothing too fancy. For the wedding/reception: The dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception is evening formal. For some outfit inspiration - think jewel tones and earth tones. See wedding guest attire page for more details!

Question

Are Kids Allowed?

Answer

Kids are welcome, but so is a night off! We’ll be happy to celebrate with your little ones, or you’re welcome to enjoy an adults-only evening. If you plan to bring your kiddos, here are a few things to note: 1. The welcome event is at a pub that is kid friendly until 9pm, so kids can come and enjoy the snacks but will need to head home by 9. 2. We will have kids menu options for the reception but you will need to let Alexis and/or Cooper know before the RSVP deadline so they can coordinate the food with the venue. 3. Your kids should be listed when you go to RSVP, if they are not, reach out to Alexis and Cooper.

Question

Do I Get a Plus One?

Answer

Plus ones are indicated on the RSVP. If only your name appears, we kindly ask that you attend without a guest, as we can only accommodate those listed with your party. Thank you for understanding!
