Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The wedding events are all within walking distance of most hotels in Beaver Creek. If not in walking distance but still within Beaver Creek or requiring extra assistance, you can use the free shuttle service, Village Connect, to get around - book a ride on their app. If looking for a free ride but staying outside of Beaver Creek, look up bus routes serving your area (Avon/Vail/etc.) If wanting someone else to drive you to and from Beaver Creek, book a Ride Taxi Vail by using their app or calling 970-949-1111. Be sure to confirm a ride for the end of the night, as their taxis are limited. If driving yourself to Beaver Creek for the ceremony and/or reception, there is limited free parking at the Chapel (please only use during the ceremony itself) and paid public parking located under Beaver Creek Village or at the base of Beaver Creek. Shuttles service the base parking lot - book using the Village Connect app. Please let us know if you have any questions!

What time should I get to the ceremony?

The ceremony will start promptly at 2:00, so please plan accordingly and arrive early.

What should I do between the ceremony ending at 3:00 and the cocktail hour beginning at 5:00?

Please feel free to use this time at your leisure - freshen up and relax, or walk around Beaver Creek Village, enjoy the shops, and grab a drink!
