FAQs

Question

When should I get to Frisco?

Answer

We’ll be arriving in the Frisco/Breckenridge area on Monday and spending the days leading up to Thursday hiking, playing games, and soaking in the mountain air. We’d love for you to join in the fun whenever you can! Whether you come early to adventure with us or arrive closer to the big day, we’re just excited to celebrate with you.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ve rented a large Airbnb in Breckonridge for our friends from Tuesday to Friday. For family and other guests, there are plenty of great Airbnb and hotel options in the Frisco/Breckenridge area. Feel free to reach out if you need any recommendations or help finding accommodations—we’d love to make sure you have a great place to stay!

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Think mountain chic—semi-formal with a fun, colorful twist! Since we’ll be in the mountains, we recommend comfortable shoes for walking on uneven terrain. Feel free to embrace bold colors, patterns, and stylish layers to stay cozy as the temperature changes. Dresses, suits, or blazers with a playful touch are all great options. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel fabulous and ready to celebrate with us!

Question

Will it be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors at an overlook in Frisco Adventure Park, and the reception will be indoors at a nearby daylodge.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There are 10 total parking spaces at the wedding venue. This should be plenty, but plan on carpooling from the Airbnb to ensure there’s enough space.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

July in Frisco, Colorado, is typically warm during the day (highs in the 70s°F) and cooler in the evening (lows in the 40s-50s°F). The mountain weather can be unpredictable, with occasional afternoon showers, so we recommend bringing layers and maybe a light jacket for the evening. Fingers crossed for sunshine, but we’ll be ready for anything!

Question

What’s the plan if it rains?

Answer

We’ll embrace it! Colorado weather in July can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing an umbrella and wearing shoes you don’t mind getting a little muddy—just in case. Rain or shine, we’ll be celebrating!

Question

Is food provided?

Answer

We’ll cover the following meals: Tuesday (7/8): Dinner Wednesday (7/9): Breakfast, Rehearsal Dinner Thursday (7/10): Breakfast, Reception (appetizers)
